Propella offers a one year WARRANTY and 14-day return policy.

 

IF THE e-Bike FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP, PROPELLA WILL REPAIr or REPLACE THE PRODUCt. After 12 months, propella Will provide TECHNICAL support on electrical COMPONENTS and offers replacement parts at retail price.

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • WEAR AND TEAR TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE PADS, CHAINS, CABLES, ETC. ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.

  • WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS, OR ACCIDENTS.

  • DAMAGE DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURE, OR WATER IMMERSION ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.

  • TAMPERING WITH THE BATTERY OR OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED WARRANTy.

 


YOU MAY CONTACT US AND REQUEST FOR A RETURN WITHIN 14 days OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. 

ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOUR TOTAL PURCHASE WILL BE REFUNDED minus a restocking fee and shipping cost:

  • IF YOU HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX, the fee is 10%.

  • if you HAVE kept the original packaging and the bike is in like-new condition, the fee is 25%. 

 

 

 


PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF YOUR PRE-ORDER WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • FULL REFUND AND CANCELLATION ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PRE-ORDER DATE.

  • CANCELLATION AFTER 15 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO $100 FEE.

  • CANCELLATION AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO $200 FEE.
