IF THE e-Bike FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP, PROPELLA WILL REPAIr or REPLACE THE PRODUCt. After 12 months, propella Will provide TECHNICAL support on electrical COMPONENTS and offers AVAILABLE replacement parts at retail price.
WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WEAR AND TEAR TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE PADS, CHAINS, CABLES, ETC. ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS, OR ACCIDENTS.
DAMAGE DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURE, OR WATER IMMERSION ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
TAMPERING WITH THE BATTERY OR OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED WARRANTy.

ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOUR TOTAL PURCHASE WILL BE REFUNDED minus a restocking fee:
