WARRANTY POLICY:

IF THE e-Bike FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP, PROPELLA WILL REFUND OR REPLACE/REPAIR THE PRODUCt. After 12 months, propella provides TROUBLESHOOT support on electrical MALFUNCTIONS, and offers AVAILABLE inventory of replacement COMPONENTS at retail price.

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • SHIPPING COST FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE COVERED BY PROPELLA during warranty.

  • WEAR AND TEAR TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE PADS, CHAINS, CABLES, ETC. ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.

  • WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS, OR ACCIDENTS.

  • DAMAGE DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURE, OR WATER IMMERSION ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.

  • TAMPERING WITH THE BATTERY OR OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED WARRANTy.

 

RETURN POLICY:  

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX, YOU MAY CONTACT US AND REQUEST FOR A RETURN WITHIN 14-DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOUR TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU minus 10% Restocking fee.

 



PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF YOUR PRE-ORDER WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • FULL REFUND AND CANCELLATION ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PRE-ORDER DATE.

  • CANCELLATION AFTER 15 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO $100 FEE.

  • CANCELLATION AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO $200 FEE.
