IF THE E-BIKE FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP, PROPELLA WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. AFTER 12 MONTHS, PROPELLA CAN PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND OFFERS AVAILABLE REPLACEMENT PARTS AT RETAIL PRICE.

WARRANTY SERVICE ONLY APPLIES TO COUNTRIES/REGIONS WHERE PROPELLA OFFERS SALE AND DISTRIBUTION. (CURRENTLY US AND CANADA)

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF SHIPPING WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • ONLY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF AN E-BIKE PURCHASED FROM PROPELLA ONLINE OR PHYSICAL STOREFRONT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

  • OUR WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THESE COMPONENTS: DEFECTIVE LITHIUM ION BATTERY (THE “BATTERY”), MOTOR, CONTROLLER, WIRING HARNESS, LCD DISPLAY, FRAME, FORKS, STEM, HEADSET,  HANDLEBAR, SEAT POST, SADDLE, BRAKES, BOTTOM BRACKET, CRANK SET, PEDALS, RIMS, WHEEL HUB, DERAILLEUR, SHIFTER, AND KICKSTAND.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DAMAGE TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE PADS, CHAINS, CABLES, GEARS, SPOKES, ETC. 

  • DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY, IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, TAMPERING WITH THE BICYCLE OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, ACCIDENTS, OR NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE USER GUIDE OR PRODUCT WARNING LABELS, COMMERCIAL USE, STUNT RIDING, EXTREME RIDING, INSTALLATION OF PARTS OR ACCESSORIES NOT ORIGINALLY INTENDED OR COMPATIBLE WITH THE E-BIKE AS SOLD, OPERATOR ERROR.  

  • BATTERY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM POWER SURGES, USE OF AN IMPROPER CHARGER, TAMPERING, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE OR OTHER SUCH MISUSE, EXTREME TEMPERATURE (OUTSIDE OF OPERATING TEMPERATURES LISTED ON THE USER GUIDE), NORMAL WEAR, OR WATER DAMAGE.

  • ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY PROPELLA THAT IS NOT AN ELECTRIC BIKE.

  • YOU CAN REQUEST FOR A RETURN BY CONTACTING US ON OUR WEBSITE. APPROVAL FROM PROPELLA IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS. WE WILL SEND INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING LABELS VIA EMAIL.

  • E-BIKE  RETURNS MUST BE IN GREAT CONDITION, RIDDEN LESS THAN 10 MILES, FREE OF ANY WEAR AND TEAR, EXCESSIVE DIRT, OR SCRATCHES.

  • PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL BOX AND INCLUDE ALL THE ITEMS (INCLUDING THE CHARGER AND LOCK KEYS). RETURN ITEMS WITH MISSING PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE.

  • PROPELLA WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.

  • FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 3-BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT(S). YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL AFTER THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. REFUND PAYMENT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-BUSINESS DAYS TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

  • NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON ACCESSORIES.

  • NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON E-BIKE PARTS  PURCHASED PAST THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

  • RETURN SERVICE CURRENTLY OFFERED TO US 48 contiguous states ONLY.
